Windows 10: System Service Exception

Hello,I upgraded my pc to win11..then wanted to reset it back to win10..I did nothing more than click through each item..then reset the system..now it always tries to make the system ready but always throws the error "service system exception" and the error cause "ntfs.sys" . I can no longer get into the home screen..only into the bios. ***** moved from german to english Community *****I am grateful for every Response:

SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION on Windows 10

i have done all the same steps which are given in the instruction just there is a difference of version.

Still it gives blue Screen "System Service Exception".
