Windows 10: "System" Service Using 100% disk

About 2 Days ago i Turned on My PC to Do some Light 3D modeling in blender but when i attempted to activate the password prompt bar it took about 5 minutes longer than the normal instant after that it took about 12 minutes for windows to graphically show up and even than it was unresponsive and i had to wait for minutes at times to be able to perform a single action after seein such abismal performance i decided to open Task manager thinking that it might have just been an application having a bug and over using CPU took me a while but once i was there i was surprised to see it was my Hard Drive and not my cpu wwhere the bottle nect nect had occured swtchedshe list order to see what program was eating so much disk space and than i saw it was this task/service called "System" the wich due to it NTKernel Integration I was absolutely incapable of closing( i also wasnt supposed to do so anyways because it would just destroy everything) so i did some looking around and found some othe things that might becausing the slowdown but alas non of it woker so i decided to ask the community.


(what do you guys think might be the main cause of this problem and is there any possible solution to it?)

Clean install, disk usage at 100%

I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.

Since the steps you have taken didn't help, here are a few suggestions that you can try to resolve Windows 10 high disk usage issue:

Disable the Superfetch service.

This service is built to improve PC performance by speeding up the startup of programs and pre-loading the apps you often use into memory. If you don't do anything after powering on, it will still take up high percentage of the disk. To disable the Superfetch
service, follow these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select Computer Management.
  
• 
  Expand Services and Applications on the left column and click on
  Services.
  
• 
  Navigate to Superfetch and double-click on it, and then select
  Disable from the drop-down menu of Startup type.
  

Update the AHCI driver.

Outdated AHCI driver will affect the system performance and result in 100% disk usage in Windows 10. Furthermore, outdated, missing or broken drivers can also cause other issues like Bluetooth not working, PC not waking up from sleep, etc.

Have you tried check if the issue occurs in safe mode\clean boot?

If not, I suggest you to follow the steps suggested to boot into safe mode and check.

If the problem does not exist in safe mode, try to perform a clean boot (from the
link you have provided) and check.
