Windows 10: System states You’re Not Up To Date, but no updates available

Windows 10, Ver 20H2, OS 19042.1706Windows Update states You’re Not Up To Date. Missing important security and quality fixes.Check For Updates does finds and installed updates, but this does not resolve the message.Windows Update Troubleshooter does not find any problems.How can I get the system Up To Date?

Outlook Out of date Settings

• Are you referring to Office Outlook (Mail client version)/ Mail app/ Windows Live Mail?
• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
• What is the exact issues you are facing?
• What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue?

If you are referring to Windows Mail app, let us try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to check if there are any updates for Mail app in Windows Store. If found try to update the app.

Step 2: I suggest you to run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter,
troubleshoots problems that may prevent Windows Store Apps from working correctly.

Step 3: I suggest you to check with the system Date, time and Time zone
is set correct.

Follow the steps to set the date and time:

• Type Date and Time in the search bar.
• Click Change date and time button.

Sleep states not available on system

Hi,

My laptop does not enter sleep, instead it enters hibernate. I ran powercfg /a, and got the following:

The following sleep states are available on this system:
Standby (S0 Low Power Idle) Network Connected
Hibernate

The following sleep states are not available on this system:
Standby (S1)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.
This standby state is disabled when S0 low power idle is supported.

Standby (S2)
The system firmware does not support this standby state.
This standby state is disabled when S0 low power idle is supported.

Standby (S3)
This standby state is disabled when S0 low power idle is supported.

Hybrid Sleep
Standby (S3) is not available.

Fast Startup
This action is disabled in the current system policy.

I am thinking that the issue may be the fact that S1,S2,S3 are not available. Is it just the way my laptop was set by the manufacturer, or is something wrong?

 

system restore date

How to go back to an earlier date in system restore. Only the current date is listed under restore date. Is there not a listing of several earlier restore dates? Problems occurred after I allowed install of v. 1903(which required 3 attempts
by windows) I chose immediately to return to previous v. 1809. Seems that change too was not completed properly though troubleshooting states it was.
