Windows 10: System Tray - Windows Update 24H2 issues - Pop-up

For the last three or four months my system tray has been popping up and flashing. Causing me not to do anything until I close the laptop and open again. Then it may start again a while after that. Didn't know what caused it, but did some research and looks like it could be caused by the 24H2 update. How can I roll this back to the previous update? Or is there a fix for this? I have a touch screen, Dell Inspiron 14 5410 2 in 1. Thanks,

There are several reasons why this issue happens. To help you resolve this concern, we suggest that you adjust the height of the system tray. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the system tray.
• Make sure that the Lock all taskbars
  option is unchecked.
• Try positioning your cursor at the top edge of the system tray until you see a vertical line with arrows at both tips.
  
• Hold the left mouse button down and drag the edge of the system tray upward to expand it.

I suggest you to try the below steps to add the icons to Taskbar and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key, click on Settings.
• Click on System> Notifications & actions.
