Slow and unresponsive windows 10 after Creators Fall Update

I turn on my Surface Pro 4, it automatically turned to update, on screen, only showed SURFACE and the circling dot circle, It keep running as this for 24 Hours, non-stop, I pressed and Hold the ON/OFF button for more 10 Seconds until Surface turn off, then
turn it on again,

and start as normal with Window 10 updated !

sorry, but i think you might have missed the point. the surface tablet basically works. after a clean reboot also with all three displays. just after exiting standby-mode, the two displays which are attached over the surface-dock with mini-displayport, don't
come up anymore. surface tablet itself still works, but not as it should with all displays.

kind of driver problem, probably dock-driver.
