Windows 10: system updates says I don't meet minimum standards but the PC Health Check says I do. And...

My motherboard is TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS WI-FI Serial #N2306032677-0001. I can't add TMP 2.0 to it but I talked to ASUS and they told me to do the BIOS > Advanced > PCH-FW Configuration > PTT > Enabled. now the PC Health Check says I compatible but my system updates still say I don't meet standards.

What do do if PC health check says my system meets the windows 11 requirements but windows update claims it does not?

basically the title, I go into the windows update app and it tells me "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run windows 11" then it suggests to see if there are things I can do in the PC Health check app.

when I open the PC health check app and click the check now box under "introducing windows 11" it says "This PC meets windows 11 requirements"

does anyone know what I can do to proceed with updating to windows 11?

Also, if I managed to get it ago for updating to Windows 11. Can I do the update without losing my installed programs and other files?
