Windows 10: System Usage Spiking

Evening,Been having issues over the past few days where my system usage randomly spikes causing my computer to become unresponsive for less than a second up to 30 seconds.I have factory reset my computer, changed Windows Defender task scheduling, updated all my drivers and software, removed all start-up services, and still had the same issue. I mainly feel the effects of this whilst playing GTA 5fivem where all the processing power from fivem goes into the system hence the freeze.From using Process Explorer I have noticed System4 seems to be a reoccurring spike My PC specs are as follows CP

Audiodg.exe Spikes Cpu Usage

Every 5 minutes or so audiodg.exe spikes my cpu usage to about 50% and any audio im playing cuts out and then comes back a second or 2 later. The video is completely fine and it's not a problem with
my USB Headset. audiodg.exe stays at low cpu usage when it's not spiking.

Solutions I've tried:

1. turning off audio enhancements
2. reinstalling lan, and audio drivers
3. turning off HPET
4. lowering the sound quality in control panel
5. DPC Latency checker (no change when spiking)

None of these solutions work. Please help.

 

GPU usage spikes

So what happens is that I get heavy GPU usage spikes every time I launch any sort of game. I noticed that GPU usage spikes start only after 5 minutes of gameplay, as well as that stuttering happens when GPU usage reaches higher %

Periodically my chrome browser freezes. After attempts to fix chrome failed, I noticed that the service host local system cpu usage spikes to over 60%. What should I do?
