Windows 10: system use 100% of my gpu and causing hang

This problem happen after window startup and sometime it happen randomly. I have updated all the drivers and also do a fresh start (under device performance & health) which it delete all my installed app but still happen even after that. Need help.

GPU-Z causing system hangs

So i've recently added a second GPU to my system, for 280x + 7970 crossfire.
The 280x, regardless of crossfire seems to hang the system with GPU-Z running.

If i launch it before starting a game it seems fine, but if i alt tab out of a game or while a youtube video is running and launch GPU-Z, it hangs the system immediately.

 

system hang when open GPU-Z with discrete graphics

On SugarBay/MahoBay platfrom,system will hang when open GPU-Z utility.
Below steps can duplicate this issue:

1.Boot to windows 7 with IGD, install newest intel chipset(9.3.0.1019 ) and IGD
driver(8.15.10.2598 ).
2.Boot to windows 7 again,can open GPU-Z normally.
3.Shutdown the system,connect discrete graphics replace IGD,install discrete graphics drvier and reboot.
4.Boot to windwos 7,can not open GPUZ utility and sometimes system will hang when open GPU-Z utility.
5.I have tried to remove the "Intel OpenCL(TM)1.1 support..." from the Control Panel \ Programs \ Programs and Feautures,it can open GPU-Z normally.

Can you fix this issue in GPU-Z?

 

Windows 10 CPU usage 100% when Nvidia GPU enabled

I've had the same problem, and have exactly the same GPU model. I was able to set the drivers back to factory default, but any update I've tried (including the most recent) causes the massive cpu usage. I've contacted tech support for both Nvidia and Asus,
and followed all the steps they suggested, with no luck.
