System Volume Increasing when opening specific apps

I am using Windows 11 and whenever I try to open League of Legends the system volume goes to 100%. When I alt + tab to any other running application the system volume returns to the level which I had it before. When I alt + tab back to the League of Legends either client or the game itself the system volume goes again to 100% My drivers are up to date. I tried uninstalling and installing again the game. I followed many steps suggested online but the problem still persists for over a year.

    :)

Increase volume of specific app higher than main volume?

I'm playing game called Runescape 3. the volume in-game is very very quiet even they are all at 100% volume. It's really annoying and i don't want to decrease all other volumes than Runescape

Normally by design, you can't increase volume higher than main, it would increase the main too. Is there any software, tweaks or tricks that allows you to Increase volume of specific app higher than main volume?

Don't know of a way to do that for a specific program, but PC Equaliser (free) allows adjustment beyond the norm- you could then reduce all others, I suppose.

Or, you could just run PC Equaliser when you run that game.

(requires 2 installations for simpler GUI)

    Increase Volume key opens Outlook

Whenever I try to increase the volume on my PC, using a dedicated volume key, my computer opens an instance of Outlook. None of the other keys in the top row work, with the exception of the mail key and the app-switcher key, which both function as intended. I am not sure if this is an issue with Windows, or the keyboard itself.

    Specifications:

OS Build - Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview 25236.1000

    Keyboard - Logitech K330
