    Hello,Ryzen 7 7800X3D4070ti SUPER64GB DDR5 RAM2Tb SSDB650 Ud Ay Gigabyte Mobo240hz Monitor 2560x1440 locked at 144fps 8k display port to GPUI have a video stutter every 10-20 seconds it seems and I have done all the absolutely basic stuff already to save you all some precious time.• Drivers• Windows update• DDU not familiar w/ options• Xmp/expo• PBO• Disabled C States• Chipset driversIn task manager there’s a huge spike for Ethernet, CPU and GPU to the top of the graph when the stutter occurs. It’s like something in the background is scanning or taking too long causing a hitch. I’m becomin
