Windows 10: System-wide stutter

Hello.

I have had my PC for 1 1/2 years now and I have had this issue before. I don't know what causes it to start but for some reason, it decides to stutter. The fix last time was to install a fresh copy of windows, but that didn't work this time. I am very confused and lost. I ran a memory diagnostics test and not was wrong. Does anyone have an idea for why this might be happening?

Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool which will check and correct system file corruptions that may be causing the issue. Refer to this

Once you are on the support page, skip Step 1. Proceed directly on Step 2 until Step 4. If you are still experiencing the same issue after using the DISM tool, we recommend that you proceed with
System Update Readiness tool. The steps are also listed on the same support article.

Win 10 - Dual monitor and Mouse/System? stutter

Hi,

I have install Win 10 on a new 2700x build with a XFX RX570 video card. I have an issue I am attempting to deal with.

1) The mouse stutters when I extend the desktop to my second monitor. Stutter = moving the mouse, it will freeze for a short time and then move. It does this constantly. Now I think this is system wide, but the mouse is just want caught my attention/focus.
I see the same behaviour when typing - letter display in notepad stutters, and behaviour in playing video - play back stutters.

If do not extend the desktop to the second monitor the issue goes away. I have tried the latest drivers for the graphics card, mouse, adjusted settings for the mouse (before I saw the behaviour in the keyboard and video), USB power management, windows update
and more I am forgetting.

Suggestions?

System-wide stuttering when connected to WiFi network.

Hi Ameer, I'm Graeme, an independent adviser here to help.

It sounds like you've done everything needed to troubleshoot the system stuttering. Reinstalling drivers and especially clean installing Windows *should* fix a problem like this, but if the issue is still present then it suggests a problem with the WiFi hardware
itself.

Is your WiFi adapter external? If so, I'd try plugging it into another PC to see if the same problem occurs.

But if it's internal, you might need to follow up with the manufacturer to see if they can diagnose a fault with the hardware.
