Windows 10: System32 DDORes.dll Error 0xc0000020

Please help. I already lost Bluetooth option.System32 DDORes.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media. Error 0xc0000020

When first starting the computer i get error message.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dhcpcvc6.DLL is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.... Error 0xc0000020.

All programs work but I cannot connect to the internet. The windows troubleshoot can't tell what the problen. Doing a sfc scan in command prompt does not help. I can connect to the wifi on my phone so it isn't a issue with the isp. Using both a wireless
and wired connection the computer is telling me it is connected, but no internet. System restore won't help neither. I'm at a lost any suggestions?

.dll files corrupted error status 0xc0000020?

I seem to have a really important problem here. I cant start a game of mine called League of Legends nor update Java because some .dll files under C:\WINDOWS\System32 seem to be corrupted, missing or not made for Windows. These .dll files are called msxml3.dll
and dsound.dll, maybe there are even more. Also there is an errorstatus 0xc0000020. I tried sfc scanning my Windows through Command Prompt but at 73% i get the error message ''Windows resource protection could not complete the requested operation''.I used
System Repair Pro (pro version) wich also was no use. The worst thing is that i even resetted my PC but even THAT didnt change a thing. Is there still hope for my PC?
