Receiving an error system32/version.dll Error code 0xc000012f


Can not run any apps, including snip, minecraft, etc.


Please assist. Will your suggestion lose the games I downloaded onto my computer?

Hi i my windows 10 (pro) OS automatically updated itself to version 1709 ever since i updated to version 1709 i am receiving Error 0xc000012f. "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCR120.dll is either
not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software
vendor for support.Error status 0xc000012f."

i dont know how to fix this please help me

I am layman does not understand all these technical jargon & unable to do all this.

Please help with some kind of simple step by step procedure which will help layman like me to fix this error of

This error started after my PC got updated automatically with some update on my windows 10.
