Windows 10: SYSTEM32\webio.dll bad image error

Hi, I encountered a SYSTEM32\webio.dll bad image error when opening image files. I cannot open image files, install windows updates and open certain applications. It is probably corrupted files. I have tried DISM, system file checker, which give errors. System reset fails and windows ISO cannot download, stuck at 0% until it gives an unknown error. Is there any way to solve this?

Bad Image Errors - dll files changing to 0 bytes

Have an unusual problem (to me anyway)

Last week I got "Bad Image" errors with Adobe Lightroom (the program had worked OK previously). Two .dll files were listed as corrupt and in Explorer both were shown has having 0 bytes size. Re-installation resolved the problem.
Today I have had the same "bad image" error with another program. Techsmith SnagIt. Once again it was .dll files and they show in explorer as 0 bytes. The timestamp on the 0 byte dlls is the time of the error i.e. today (not when the files were installed).

What I've done so far :
Ran McAfee viruscan across all disks - no problems reported.
Ran Malwarebytes - no problems reported

Went to the properties for the disk drive and under "Tools" ran error check - nothing found
The disk is an SSD so I went to Samsung Magician which shows drive condition as good and S.M.A.R.T. shows wear levelling count at Current Value 99. I do not use Rapid Mode.

The problems are happening on a Samsung 850 Evo 500GB

Having issues with PC, lots of bad image errors and can't access my task manager

I keep receiving these odd "Bad Image" errors on start up and I can't even access my task manager as every time I do I receive another bad image error. And in less than an hour everything just freezes up and I have to do a hard restart.

It only started doing this recently, and it was after my girl friend was using to look for some sex toys, so I'm sure she caught a virus of some sort and I don't even know how to start trouble shooting it.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Here's a list of some of the errors I keep getting on start up,

Logon.exe is not a valid WIN32 application

Rundle32.exe - Bad Image - The application or DLL c:/windows/system32/guyajula.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette

HP Wireless Assistant.exe - Bad Image- The application or DLL c:/windows/system32/guyajula.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette

ctfmon.exe - Bad Image - The application or DLL c:/windows/system32/guyajula.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette

I'm assuming it has something to with this guyajula.dll file, but I can't find it in my system32 folder and when I google I don't get any hits.

Bad image error

I am getting Bad Image error with a reference to C:\Windows\system32\tmumh\20019\Addon\8.10.0.1068\TmUmEvt64.dll error...not designated for Windows or contains error. Can't get into registry to correct....recovery options are non responsive ?
