    Bom dia.


    Depois que troquei a bateria do meu notebook Dell Isnpiron 14R 3550 começou a aparecer este tipo de problema.


    De repente, sem nenhum motivo aparente, desliga-se automaticamente.


    As vezes estou fazendo uma Live com o Youtube conectado, o OBS Studio ativo e o WhatsApp Web conectado e ele se desliga.


    Depois eu aperto o botão para religá-lo e ele volta de onde parou, inclusive reconectando-se ao Youtube e OBS Studio diretamente.


    Estou achando muito estranho esse ação do notebook e, analisando os eventos, sempre é esse deligamento devido ao erro mencionado acima.


    Nos detalhes do evento aparece a seguinte mensagem também:


    Critical Mét. de Gatilho da Bateria


    Mas não consigo uma ajuda nos fórum sobre esse problema.


    O que fazer?


    Agradeço desde já por alguma ajuda.

    1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
    2. What is the make and model of the PC?


    Usually, the Event ID: 41 occurs when the PC is not powered off correctly. You can refer the article

    Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows
    and see if that helps.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
