Windows 10: System_Service_Exception Bluescreen of Death In Valorant and Apex

So a friend of mine encountered an issue out of nowhere, while he was playing Apex he got a bluescreen System_Service_Exception and then a few days the same happened with Valorant. I told him to run chdsk command and sfc /scannow. No issues were found, then i told him to send me over the minidump that the bluescreen produced which is the following one :

My guess was that [COLOR=rgba30, 30, 30, 1]win32kbase.sys has some conflicts with VALORANT-Win64-Shipping.exe ?[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba30, 30, 30, 1]Is it though ? I need some clarification if possible since i am not an expert.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba30, 30, 30, 1]Could it be a built-in Anti-Cheat related problem ?[/COLOR]


P.S He already did a clean Window's Re-installation twice and the same thing happens after some time while in-game.

BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Have been receiving a BSOD and I am hoping to get it solved. The error was stated as: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I have completed the steps in the "Driver

Bluescreen SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION on Windows 10

User profile corruption is one of the possible reasons why you encountered the blue screen error
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. Since you have tried to run the
System File Checker tool and updated all of your drivers, we suggest
creating a new user account on your computer and see if the same error will occur while using a different profile. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

On Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Professional editions:

• 
  Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Family & other people > Add
  someone else to this PC.
  
• 
  Enter a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next.
  

Once done, let us know how it goes.

 

Bluescreen of Death occurring: System_Service_Exception (RTKVHD64.sys)

My new Laptop (Acer V Nitro, bought in February 16) is not running properly!

While using Sound programs like Microsoft Groove or Micorsoft Films & TV a bluescreen occurs after a certain time of usage. Each time I get the following error message: System_Service_Exception (RTKVHD64.sys). The error Message obviously addresses the realtekek
Audio Programm. I updated the realtek drivers but the bluescreen is still occurring. I uninstalled realtek and reinstalled it (via the acer Homepage).

Even though my Windows 10 is still crashing when using Sound programs like Microsoft Groove. I am not able to find the source of this Problems...

Can anyone help or has anybody similar Problems?
