Windows 10: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION only when i open PUBG

I get blue screen of death whenever i start Pubg. Game works for 30 seconds and usually after i get into the lobby my pc crashes. But this only happens in PUBG.I tried uninstalling and reinstalling graphics driver, sfc- scannow. Green screen with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION occurs everytime I try to launch PUBG

OS*: Win10 Home Insider Preview Build 18290.rs_prerelease.181121-1501

Graphic card&driver: NIVIDIA GTX 1050 with version 417.35 (full installation)

RAM: Samsung 4GB*2

CPU: Intel i5-7300HQ@2.50GHz*4

SSD: Samsung MZVLW128HEGR-000 (128GB), PUBG is installed in this disk.

If I launch PUBG in Steam, system would splash with green screen with SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and restart immediately, similar circumstances did not occur while launching other games.

No video + little power to USB ports

Hi, I was opening PUBG when my pc bluescreened. I turned my PC off, and now I have no video and very limited power to my USB ports. The BSOD was SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

My specs are:

• Core i5 6600
• ASUS B150M A-D3
• Gigabyte GTX 780Ti GHz Edition
• 8GB ddr3 1333MHz
• Coolermaster GX750 80+ Bronze PSU

1. Are you launching other games through Steam App?
2. Since when are you facing this issue?
3. Are you getting this error only when launching PUBG?

Error SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION could be due to an issue with the Video Card, However, I suggest you to follow the below Method, and check if that help.

Method 1: Perform a clean boot.

To diagnose whether this issue occurs in “Safe Mode”, let’s reboot the computer in safe mode and check if the issue appears there as well. I recommend you to follow this article

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10, if the issue does not appear in safe mode, place the computer in
clean boot state and check if the issue reappears. You need to follow the article

How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

Disclaimer: A ‘clean boot’ starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

Your computer may temporarily lose some functionality while in a clean boot environment, however, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after you have finished your troubleshooting.

Method 2: Reinstall NIVIDIA GTX.

I suggest you try reinstall NIVIDIA Graphic card, and check if that helps.

1. Press Windows + R altogether to open the Run dialog.
   
2. Type devmgmt.msc and hit
   Enter to open Device Manager.
   
3. Expand the Display Adapters option.
   
4. Right-click on the nVidia driver and then select
   Uninstall.
   
5. When the uninstallation process of the Nvidia graphics driver is finished, you need to
   Restart the system.
