Windows 10: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION win32kbase.sys BLUE SCREEN PLEASE HELP

I recently built a new pc, with all new parts. I typically use it for gaming. I am getting repetitive blue screens, and the most recent including "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", and the most common blue screen reason being UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP. I've updated all drivers, I've uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers, but I am continuing to get regular blue screens, I've benchmarked all my hardware, including memory with no problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Another major issue I've been dealing with is while gaming with friends, it is a discord related issue, my entire pc begin

• Have you made any changes on your computer prior to this issue? -> No. i have not made any change on my PC prior this issue.

• Aside from getting the dump file, did you perform any troubleshooting steps? -> i tried update all driver to news version, check all hardware , uninstall some hardware and software unnecessary. tried clean register with CCleaner software.
  But all my PC still happen Blue screen errors sometime

errors." -> I will try again with clean boot.

After i tried all methods as you suggest, the blue screen errors happen when i use Microsoft Edge.
