Windows 10: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 7e in ntfs.sys or ntkrnlmp.exe

Hi,I am getting a BSOD every few days on my Windows 11 desktop, usually while I'm not using it I usually just lock it when I'm not using it. I have two minidumps and two memory dumps from the past 10 days, although this has been going on for months. It is alwaysSYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 7eThe image name is either Ntfs.sys or ntkrnlmp.exe. I don't see any references to other files or drivers in WinDbg. Below is system information and the analysis of the latest memory dump. I'm not sure what other information would be useful at this stage. I have tried running Windows Update,

OK, so while I was recording on my Windows 10 device with the Camera app it said I was out of space then it came up with a BSOD ( third time this month) The error was system_thread_exception_not_handled (iacamera64.sys). Can anyone help me solve this and
tell me more about this error? Thanks in advance.

 

Occasional SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD


Got a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD. Opened the MEMORY.DUMP with windbg to see that the faulted driver was a Broadcom wireless driver (bcmwlhigh6.sys) that is not listed in Device Manager. So I thought I'd stop by here for some advice. The requested zip file is attached.

What driver versions have you tried currently for your graphics?
If it is the newest version, 361.43, try rolling back the drivers.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
   • Double click the executable to open it
   • Click on the button shown below

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window
