    What driver versions have you tried currently for your graphics?
    If it is the newest version, 361.43, try rolling back the drivers.

    Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
    Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.

    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED dxgmms2.sys on Windows 11 23H2 [​IMG]

    If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

    Have been getting BSODs (first time in many years!) under similar circumstances.

    Specifically:

    bug check: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

    file: dxgmms2.sys

    file version: 10.0.14393.206 (rs1_release.160915-0644)

    caused by address: dxgmms2.sys+5aa6c

    BSODs typically happen after a few minutes using a programmer's IDE (Komodo by ActiveState). No games and probably 2D only.

    I am using an AMD 7870 no SLI and not Nvidia.

    Unfortunately, I upgraded my AMD drivers and Windows 10 just prior to these crashes. No previous issues video problems at all.

    Lately iv been getting bluescreen on my pc. I have been looking it up on the internet and found many ways to fix this, but i wantet real answers. The message that pops up is saying ¨System_thread_Exception_Not_Handled dxgmms2.sys¨

    If there is a way to fix this please tell me.
