Windows 10: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error

My PC keeps turning on and off and constantly shows up on this blue screen, I have tried for the past 1 hours to get it. Honestly I don’t know how this even happened, I installed a app to do a exam online and after I deleted it showed some options and I tried a youtube tutorial and it said to delete windows and reinstall it, I tried resetting my and only after that it started, also it always stops and crashes on the same exact loading circle, like it goes in a loop then it stops at the exact time it crashes everything, If you know how to fix it please help me.
