    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED on relatively new build


    I'm experiencing consistent "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" bsods during boot up on Win 11. Fully update bios, windows, manufacturer and gpu drivers. System boots into safe mode successfully though. Asus z790 creator board, RTX 4090, 13900ks cpu, 64gb of RAM. Pulling my hair out, system was previously stable and can't seem to figure out what's happening. Ran Memtest86 via the Bios and did two full rounds with no errors. Tried turning off XMP and didn't change anything. Also sfc /scannow and DISM all show no errors.Below is linked a zip file with 4 more or less back to back minidumps. htt
