Windows 10: SystemSettings.exe - Instruction at reference memory could not be read

I recently upgraded to windows 11 pro 24h2After which I am getting SystemSettings.exe - Instruction at <0x00111> referenced memory at <0x00>. The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the application.

I keep getting the following message: instruction at 0x000000007731A32C reference memory at 0x0000000000000014 memory could not be read, click here to terminate.

I ran SFC/scannow, no integrity violations, ran Virus scan (full) with windows defender. I get this message only when I have ADOBE DC opened. I contacted ADOBE tech support, they have been on my computer 3 times, uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe, and still
same issue. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you to run Memory Diagnostic tool and check if it helps.

Memory Diagnostic tool is used to detect the possible memory problems.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Memory Diagnostic in the search area in the task bar and select
  Windows Memory Diagnostic.
  
• 
  Select Restart now and check for problem.
  

The error message that you received indicates there may be some memory issues with the system (mapping the memory).

Meanwhile, I suggest you to run System Maintenance troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue ( slow internet etc.).

  Press Windows key + W.
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooter in the Search box and hit enter.
  
• 
  Select System and Security.
  
• 
  Select System Maintenance under System options.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

This is a Dell Inspiron laptop, Windows 10. System will not boot. Getting error:

The instruction at 0x00007FFA8fe381c4 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000050. The memory could not be read

Any suggestions on resolving this problem would be appreciated.
