Windows 10: T/Bar Utilities' Settings, Tray, Tray, Sound, Network touch Keyboard

Good morning I have had this issue for a Long time I have tried changing Taskbar color and any advice I can find anywhere either doesn't work on my PC or it wont Stick? So while the Pin to T/Bar Icon's and date & Time are Okay they are in white font The only vision I have of all the Utilities Located there is a Black watery outline of each the Tray Open Chevron ^ the Volume Mix, is all but invisible please see Scr Clip
I am waiting to find out re the 20H2 loaded on my PC see Post in forum and since posting that another file has Downloaded and is awaiting a Reboot to finish 20H2 install if that's what it really is

Mouse Cuts out when on keyboard tray?

Hey guys. Wondering if it is my mouse itself or if it's the keyboard tray and getting a new mouse wont fix this. Here we go!...

I bought a computer desk at Wal-Mart a few weeks ago. The top is glass. The legs are metal and so is the slide out keyboard/mouse tray. If I set my mouse pad and mouse on the slide out tray then the mouse will cut out pretty bad. It just becomes non-responsive here and there. If I set it on the glass, it's perfectly fine.

What gives?

The mouse is a logitech M510 wireless

I tried the following suggestion. When I got to step 4, the list provided no checkmarks to uncheck and the icon for Desktop Agent Tray was a checkmark in a yellow circle. nothing happened when I clicked on the yellow circle with the checkmark. the title
on the list was Desktop Agent Tray(2) Clicking on the title opened a title beneath the Desktop Agent Tray (2) which did not have the (2)

the publisher of both titles was CenturyLink Inc and the status for the entry with the (2) was enabled and the status of the other entry was blank. Changing the status to disabled did nothing. the Start up impact was listed as high. There was another
entry under the two Desktop Agent Tray titles There was an icon then Dw20 with a high start up impact. No where was there a place to uncheck or delete. So far the box which lists the error disappears and there seems to be no problem. I just wonder why

Desktop Tray Agent is a program used by Qwest to update their installer when setting up DSL (Digital Subscribers Line) based connections to computers. I suggest you to follow the steps below and check for the status:

• Press Windows key + R, type msconfig.
• Go to Startup tab.
• Click on Open Task Manager.
• Uncheck Desktop Agent Tray from the list.
• Click on Apply and OK.
