Windows 10: T14s Gen 2 AMD - Windows Bugcheck Reboot Issue

For the past 11 days, my ThinkPad T14s Gen 2 AMD laptop has rebooted itself 7 times in total. I'm never around when it happens. I just see that when I wake my computer, the browser is closed. When I check the Event Viewer and filter for Event Level: Error, Event Source: BugCheck, I see that I have another BugCheck Error with Event Id: 1001. I ran a Memory Scan with no issues. I went to Device Manager and right clicked on every Driver to Update Drivers. Each time it says that the best driver for your device is already installed. I ran chkdsk and SFC /SCANNOW

I get this error several times a day while working remotely via Citrix Workspace 2009

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xffffcc8940e503a4, 0x00000000000000ff, 0x00000000000000b3, 0xfffff8050f7285ce). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: ef85e29f-8a6d-4e0f-9d2e-cc9a7d84846c.

Actions taken so far:

• Did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro 2004 2 weeks ago and I have no 3rd party drivers installed
• Ran scf /scannow several times - no issues encountered
• Ran chkdsk /f /r - no issues encountered
• Ran the MS Memory diagnostic tool several times - no issues encountered

System is:

• MoBo: Gigabyte X570 Gaming X
• Bios: AMI F30 (latest as Gigabytes Hompage
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700X
• GPU: Geforce GTX1650

I have setup of windows server 2012 cluster machines.any one of the machine is always rebooting from bugcheck with below error coad.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000094, 0xfffff801dac14256, 0xffffd001d794db30, 0x0000000000000011). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 021219-123437-01.

please suggest a solution for this i am frustrated due to this issue now..

• Since when are you facing the above issue? Did you make any recent changes to the computer?
• Did you try booting the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue persists?
