Windows 10: tab and arrow key automatically pressing

Discus and support tab and arrow key automatically pressing in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; my tab and right arrow keys are pressed sutomatically , i have been facing this issue for quite some time now.     my tab and right arrow keys are pressed sutomatically , i have been facing this issue for quite some time now. I tried all the methods in this similar thread other than the keyboard driver uninstall since i have not attached any external keyboards https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-keeps-pressing-the-arrow-down-key/1bb74b14-0a19-4b0e-90ea-3565f76afafaafter i created a new user account the issue was not observed but when i switched back from the old to new one the issue started on the new account also ?
