Windows 10: Tab disappears once I hover a totally different tab

Lately, I've been having problems with my Windows 10. This has been happening for about a year now and I've never really thought to see what's wrong with my computer or my mouse. But now it's starting to get annoying. There's something going on where whenever I have 2+ tabs open and I hover over one while the other tab is underneath it, the one I am hovering over disappears. This has been annoying the whole time it started happening, and I can admit I do think I clicked something in settings that triggered this thing to happen. This may seem complicated but I have a Gyazo Gif just to show you what is happening.

The gif will just show you what is happening and what i've been dealing with for a year now.
I would love for someone to find a solution for this because it is really getting on my nerves..
(EDIT) Something I forgot to mention is that in the Gif, I am not clicking my mouse at all

Command line/tab

QUESTION/suggestion:
* Why not remember the last active tab?
For example, if you are on tab 2 and close the program, then run it again, for the program to open tab 2 again. But if the -tab X command-line option is used, then the program goes to X tab, regardless of last active tab.

Does that make sense?

 

Enable or Disable Tab Hover Cards in Google Chrome

How to Enable or Disable Tab Hover Cards and Tab Hover Card Images in Google Chrome


Starting in Google Chrome 78, tooltips for tabs has been replaced by Tab Hover Cards. Tab Hover Cards enables a popup containing tab information to be visible when hovering over a tab.

If you enable Tab Hover Card Images, a preview image of the page opened in the tab shows in Tab Hover Cards, if tab hover cards are enabled. The current tab will not show a preview image in Tab Hover Cards since it is already showing in the browser window.

If you disable Tab Hover Cards, you will see the classic tooltips for tabs instead, and Tab Hover Card Images will no longer show even if enabled.

This tutorial will show you how to enable or disable Tab Hover Cards and Tab Hover Card Images in Google Chrome for your account in Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10.

1 Open Google Chrome.

2 Copy and paste the link below into the address bar of Chrome, and press Enter.

3 Select Default (same as enabled), Enabled, or Disabled for the Tab Hover Cards setting you want. (see screenshot below)

There currently doesn't appear to be any difference between Enabled and Enabled B or Enabled C.




4 Click/tap on the Relaunch Now button at the bottom to apply.









OPTION TWO [/i] Enable or Disable Tab Hover Card Images in Google Chrome
Tab Hover Card Images requires Tab Hover Cards to be enabled in Option One.




1 Open Google Chrome.

2 Copy and paste the link below into the address bar of Chrome, and press Enter.

Command line/tab

No plans to implement that. Many users (including me) look at tab 1, then click sensors tab 2 quickly and close the app. Expectation is that it will start at tab 1 again.
