Windows 10: Tablet 2.7.0 3110 will not open on my Network

Win 10 Version is in my Signature XXXX Windows 10 ( OS Build 19041.508
Hi I Just Reinstalled my 2.7.0 3110 GALAXY TABLET
My connection is WiFi
My N/Work name is G---------
In this Network Or Server ?? it shows on the TV as a Server on its own the Smart Modem is there 4 Times connected to nothing
Its Showing in > Windows Exp > This PC > Network LOCATIONS / I Named it [Tablet]GT P3110 GALAXY TABLET See 2 Attachments
It wont open in Explorer or any Menu with OPEN in it
it opens to a Blank Page This Folder is empty
I have not used it as a Device only an EReader and that was 7 years ago
Before all this I could access it and transfer Doc files Etc for a while then it would connection error and drop out so I Gave the Tablet a New Password ticked MTB now its plugged into the PC via USB but not showing not working as in left panel

I want connect with My PC to transfer Documents
This PC Its showing in the Network Locations but appears greyed out
In N/Work Devices is Logitech Wireless Mouse & Key Board, Printer, Sony Bravia TV and Telecom Smart MODEM 4 Times?
I am setting up a Network for MY Beyonwiz U4 in the next week this is a part of that can someone help me please

Windows !0 tablet keyboard issue

Thanks for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

This issue might occur if the tablet mode is enabled.

I suggest you to disable the tablet mode and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type setting in the search area in the task bar and select
  Settings.
  
• 
  Select on System option.
  
• 
  Select Tablet mode in the left panel of system Windows.
  
• 
  Toggle off the tablet mode.

Thinking about buying a tablet (Nexus 7 2013)

I'd get a 10inch tablet then, tried 7inch and it was basically a little step up over my SGS4.

The Nexus 7 2013 is an awesome tablet, though.

 

Intel Updates Core 2 Quad Q9550 to E-0 Stepping

We continue our Monday news list with another Intel story that brings to our attention information concerning the company and more specificly its 2.83GHz Core 2 Quad Q9550 chips that will move from the current C-1 to the newer E-0 stepping. The updated chips will start selling on August 22nd, featuring the following changes:

• New SSpec and MM numbers for the converting products
• CPUID will change from 0x10677 to 0x1067A
• Package change to Halide free package

Apart from that, the new stepping CPUs will not include any other changes. Of course, like most new stepping parts a BIOS update will be needed.
