  1. Tablet Monitor laggy after Update - YIYNOVA MSPU19+

    Hello.

I avoided Creators Fall update as much as I could. Used build rollback, put my wifi as a metered network, etc.

Eventually I moved houses and forgot to put my new Wifi as a metered network and disaster happened: update installed and broke my tablet drivers.

    My relevant hardware and software:

    Tablet: Yiynova MSPU19+
    Photoshop CS 6
    Lazy Nezumi pro
    Windows 10 education
    ------------

    Steps I already took:

    - Downloaded new drivers from Panda City website. That made my tablet DRAW again, but very very jittery and only if Lazy Nezumi was off.

    - Messed around with Lazy Nezumi settings till it went back to working.

    - Tried disabling Windows ink, but I actually don't know how to confirm if I was successful.

    - Tried random cmd fixes for the paning in Photoshop (also a problem) but nothing made a difference.

    -----

I don't want to use build rollback again and always be running away from the problem. But I'm actually worried, because I use my tablet to work and study and I can't loose too much time. Also the fact that build rollback is only available for 10 days forces me to fix the problem before this friday, if I remember well.

Please, if anyone knows if theres a fix... I'm in urgent need.

    :)

  2. [SOLVED] Tablet monitor problems after Update (Yiynova MSPU19+) (15/01 Update, creators fall)

Windows Updated days 14/01 and 15/01. I tried using my tablet (Yiynova MSP19U+) and apparently now there's a huge offset to the right and my tablet is impossible to use.

    I tried:

    - Uninstalling the update (just two of them, because windows won't let me uninstall the other two). When I restarted the computer, my tablet was working for a brief moment while windows was still starting and the bug came back. Later I saw the update was installed
    again.

    - Stopping Windows from installing automatic updates and uninstalling those two again. The problem is that it seems like the problem with my tablet relies on the other two I can't uninstall, because it's still here anyways.

    - Installing Yiynova's new driver. I saw someone say that helped them, but the driver installer keeps crashing when I try to install it.

This is driving me crazy, I use my tablet for work and lost a huge amount of time trying to fix this.

    Can someone help me?

  3. Yiynova MSP19U tablet issues

I have been using a yiynova msp19u tablet for a good long while now with my old computer, which was running Windows 7. However upon needing a new computer and being forced to move to Windows 10, I have found that the new system does not get along with my
    drawing screen.

The computer recognizes the tablet fine, and with the new 8.03 drivers from the suppliers website, I can set the screen used and use the drawing tablet as advertised, in most ways. However when using the tablet with Photoshop CS6, thats where the usability
    ends.

Whenever I click on the photoshop canvas, or window, and focus on it, the position of the mouse pointer and where my actual pen movements are, are tremendously off, by about six inches or so. This error doesn't occur in a simpler program, say microsoft paint,
but happens whenever I use photoshop or try and calibrate the sensitivity using the tablet configure tool that comes with the driver.

I'm not sure what exactly the problem is, and I've tried numerous other solutions for problems even tangentially related to this one, but reinstalling drivers, restarting, unplugging and replugging, or reinstalling photoshop all aren't the solution. Hoping
someone else has experienced this or might have some more insight than I have right now.

    Tablet Driver Conflict

    Hi Amarjeet,

Here are the answers as best as I can provide.

    1. According to the support person I've been communicating with at the American distributor for Yiynova products, the process of installing their driver package is supposed to uninstall previously found versions, install, and then bring up a tablet setup
wizard that tells you to physically connect the tablet USB cable (because the product is both a monitor and a tablet input device, it has a cable that combines DVI with a USB connection) and test the inputs. If the setup wizard does not automatically launch,
you're supposed to be able to call it up by either A) clicking on a tablet icon in the system tray, which we do not have, or B) going into Control Panel and opening one entitled "Tablet", which we also do not have. "Tablet" was supposed to be installed by
the Yiynova driver installer package, and the support person says that the only reason they know of that it would not have installed is if Windows detected a competing tablet device. They want me to detach any other tablet devices and reinstall the Yiynova
drivers. There definitely are no other tablet devices attached.

We do have "Tablet PC Settings" in the control panel, which the support person said they were unfamiliar with. My own Windows 10 PC at work and at home do not have "Tablet PC Settings" either, so I was hoping that whatever is causing it to appear is the
same thing that is messing up the Yiynova driver install. Thus, I was tentatively looking for a way to return Windows to that state.

    2. I bought this hardware two weeks ago, this is still part of my attempts to get this initially installed.

    3. I do not believe my wife ever created a Microsoft account, it should just be local.

    4. There is no error code. The driver Setup.exe finishes with a message stating it ran successfully, but we do not have the software installed the way the support person expected. The installer did originally crash the first time I tried it, until I realized
that we had Wacom drivers installed from when my wife had the Bamboo. Now I can uninstall and reinstall drivers without any complaint.

Looking at "Tablet PC Settings", it thinks that the primary (non-tablet) monitor has touch support, and that the Yiynova panel has no touch support. We can use the pen on the Yiynova monitor and the mouse pointer responds, but it maps the screen location
of the pen to the non-touch monitor; placing the pen in the upper right corner of the yiynova screen places the mouse pointer in the upper right corner of the other monitor. This is the other reason that I think that maybe getting rid of "Tablet PC Settings"
might help Yiynova's software get unblocked.

    Thanks for your time!
