Windows 10: Tablet PC display off timeout -> display deep sleep?

I have a Samsung Galaxy TabPro S and there is a very annoying problem to do with the display where after it times out, the display will not immediately wake up. Windows isn't in a sleep state as my music still plays in the background while the display is off. I have also turned off connected standby in the registry.

An example is when you leave your PC on and the monitor turns off but the PC is still running and not in sleep or hibernation, but when you shake the mouse or press a key, it will not instantly turn the display on and seems like the display itself has went to sleep.

Is there a setting I can change to do with the display itself so it wakes up immediately on keyboard/mouse click?

TLDR; Display itself takes very long to wake up rather than instant after screen timeout. Looks like the display has went into a form of sleep rather than Windows 10.

Nokia 6600i - buy it or no?!

I am wondering, if that issue is not simply due to the display light timeout, which could actually be lengthened by turning off the power saver mode. In the 5610 you go to Menu>Settings>Display>Power Saver>Off.

To change the screen timeout settings, go to Menu> Settings> Display Settings> Backlight time> Set to Normal or Extended



To change the screensaver timeout settings, go to Menu> Settings> Display Settings> Screen Saver> Time-out> Set to 5, 10, 20 seconds

This is known as Nokia Glance which is a feature that is not included in the Nokia 101.
