Windows 10: Tablet pen cursor suddenly started moving opposite direction but mouse cursor moves correctly

Hello, this happens to me on my laptop and also on my computer. I have tablet Vikoo HK708s. I have the newest drivers and updates for both windows and tablet. However sometimes when i work in photoshop, the cursor suddenly switches and when i move pen to one direction, it moves in opposite direction. But when i try to move cursor with my mouse, it moves normal.I have to point out that im left handed so my tablet settings are switched so i can have tablet button on the right side. However when i check and even try to reset settings of my tablet, pen cursor still moves in wrong direction.Wheneve

Why is my mouse cursor moving in directions i am not moving it towards?

I randomly started having this problem with my wireless mouse that it would not move the cursor to the direction I want it to go.. So I refreshed my entire laptop, bought a mouse that is not wireless, and I have disabled my touchpad. The mouse cursor
only works probably 20% of the time? The other 80% the mouse cursor seems to go the opposite direction that I am moving the cursor. I also updated the driver for the mouse. I have done the normal automatic updates. I trouble shooted my Windows Update, Hardware
and Devices, and Keyboard. Yet I still have the problem. I am not tech-smart so can someone give me specific directions on how to fix this mouse cursor problem? Is something within the laptop broken? I also checked every port (3) of my laptop and still
the same problem. This is a windows 10 Asus laptop...

 

Mouse cursor randomly jumping in opposite direction

My mouse cursor randomly starts moving in the opposite direction I move it in. quite often it just shoots into the corners/side of my screen, and I have to wait until I can start using my pc again. it never clicks or scrolls, just moves. I've tried 3 mice, 3 USB ports, 3 OS's (1 Old windows 10, 1 Linux, 1 clean win 10), updating/ uninstalling drivers, and nothing works. even the sfc/scannow command does nothing. the clean install was made using a different pc, so I think it could be something wrong with the hardware. Also, this happens in all apps. any more suggestions on what to do?

Mouse cursor not moving.

Yesterday I was playing a game when all of a sudden my cursor stopped moving. I tried everything. I took the USB out and put it back in, turned my mouse on and off, took out the battery and put it back in and still didn't work. I found another mouse and
plugged in the USB but it was doing the same thing my other one was doing. The mouse's are on. The light censors work. The cursor on the screen just doesn't move.
