Windows 10: tablet usb hdmi

I use a drawing tablet that connects via hdmi and usb both. I want to extend the display so i can have something playin on the computer while i draw. I tried doing it in settings with both usb and hdmi plugged in on the left side and it didnt work, when i usedd my stylus it affect the computer screen instead. however when i switch the usb to the right side it works. the problem is that the cord joins in the middle and thus has to go across my keyboard which is highly impractical.any solutions?

Why exactly is ATi considered be better at HDMI?

I plug my HDMI cable into the card, then into my TV. Those are the steps that I have to do. All the steps you list make absolutely no sense to me.

Sound works fine only issue with me is underscan when connecting to my tv.

Have you tried to reconfigure your audio settings? If not, try to change your audio output settings to HDMI by following the steps below:

• Press Windows ( ) key + X.
• Select Control Panel.
• Click Hardware & Sound.
• Click Manage Audio Devices.
• Select the HDMI device listed under the Playback tab.
• Click Set as default and click Ok.

Also, we suggest to update your audio driver.
