Windows 10: Tabs and popups in 24h2 file explorer are black

    Tabs and popups in 24h2 file explorer are black


    I just upgraded this laptop to 24H2, When I open File Explorer, The window is bIack background and I see the nav pane and the files, but the top portion with tabs etc. shows no text. If I randomly right click because I can't see any text and get a popup, it is also black with no text showing, EXCEPT in the very top bar I get the Move, Size, etc. popup with visible text on the right 3/4. The left 1/4 popups are black. I did an SFC and it found and it fixed errors. When I reopened FE it was back to normal black window with everything visible. I opened another folder and it was as before. I clo
