Windows 10: Tabs disappear

Why can't I have more than one tab open? When I try to open another tab--it exits out of everything & I must start over.

Headphones' Microphone Volume Under the "Levels" Tab Disappeared

• Right Click Microphone Device.
• Click on Listen tab.
• Check Listen to this device.

Security tab in folder properties just disappeared

Thanks you for posting your reply and update on the issue.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if this helps to fix the issue.

Steps:-

• Press Windows Key + X and select Control Panel.
• Go to File Explorer Options and click on View
  tab.
• Uncheck the box beside "Use sharing wizard".
• Click on Apply and Ok.

Further, you can try to boot in Safe Mode and check the status of the issue.

To enter into Safe Mode in Windows 10, follow the steps given below.

• Restart your PC.
• Press Shift + F8 before the Windows logo appears.
• Click See Advanced Repair Options.
• Click Troubleshoot.
• Click Advanced Options.
• Click Windows Startup Settings.
• Click Restart.

You then see a list where you can choose Safe Mode.
