Windows 10: Tabs in the Explorer

Discus and support Tabs in the Explorer in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; If I select something in settings or something opens a folder in explorer, it opens in a new window instead of a new tab.     If I select something in settings or something opens a folder in explorer, it opens in a new window instead of a new tab. Is there any way to fix this?
