Windows 10: Tagging as part of the operating system.

Dear,Does Microsoft have plans for tagging to become part of their operating system in the near future?Apple has chosen this path already in 2013 OS X Mavericks and all the IOS products. It has given users unbound dimensions to organise their information.What's holding back this elementary progress so far?Thank you,Bart

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

To better assist you, do let us the complete message that you receive.

Sometimes, this could be due to two operating system installed in your computer. Just to make sure this is not the case, I suggest you to try the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R.

2. Type msconfig and press enter.

3. Click the "boot" tab and check if there are any other operating system listed.

4. In addition, change the timeout time to 3 seconds(default)

tags or title for pictures / photos

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Title is used to get more information about the content, different documents will have different title.

You can add same tags for documents with different title to group them to together, which will help in searching the file with same tags. I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to add tags or title to your image.

Steps:

1. Right click on the Image or photo you want to tag.
2. Select Properties.
3. Select Detail tab.
4. Under Description section, select
   tags or title.
5. Add your tags or title and click on
   Ok.

Note: You can add more than one tag to the same image or photo.
