how can i leave windows insider program if i don't have a windows machine

windows 10 black screen after update and after leaving PC to sleep?

I've tried the steps you suggested but they don't seem to work. The black screen I'm facing is only when i try to shut down or leave my PC to sleep and its completely unresponsive no cursor or anything. I've tried things others have suggested but they don't
seem to work, Is there anything else?

Quick question: E8400 @ 4ghz

speed step is usually cntrolled by two functions in bios both EIST and C1E are for the multiplyer and the voltage drop if any.

Up tp this point I usually leave it all on, but with my latest E8600 I did have stability issues under testing for stability. I have since also updated the bios, andI have not went back to enable it and test correctly yet.

I suggest you leave them off, and verify the CPU is stable. If all is good enable speed step and see if she still plays nice.
