Windows 10: talk to live person for technical support

I would like to increase the time that Windows 10 Ult One Drive Personal Vault without having to sing in again

Live chat support - Talk to a person feature not working

I've been trying to get support from the live chat of both Skype and Microsoft (including the Get Help app of Windows). None of the topics suggested addresses my question, so the chat app finally gives the "Talk to
a person" option. When I click it, nothing happens. It's supposed to give options like 'call me back' or 'chat with a person' etc, but none of those options appears. There's just a box that says "Talk to a person" but the options are not visible. Is this just
a glitch, or is the live chat with a person feature not yet functional?

What happened to live technical support with remote assistance

Well William. I do not pay $150/year for Office 365 Technical Support and $150/year for Microsoft Assure Windows support to use an app that leads me to a chat room. I paid to talk to a person live and have remote support. I spent over 3 hours to get a
chat that failed 3 times to get a problem fixed. This is not acceptable. Microsoft must reestablish live tech support or refund our money.
