    Tamil Phonetic Typing


    In MS Excel cell, phonetic Tamil Typing phonetic key board, I am unable to type the word Tamil தமிழ். As against this, using Tamil99 keyboard, it gets typed. For Phonetic Typing Tamil, we usually write tha =த ; mi =மி ; z =ழ் . th = த் tha = m = ம் mi = z = ழ் At the end of writing tha+mi+z in phonetic typing, I get the result =ழ். Adding to consonants any vowel, the letter disappears. This happens in Excel cell. It does not happen in MS word or MS Edge or Google. Can you please help.

    Hi

    I want to use "Tamil Phonetic" Keyboard on my desktop.

    There is a "Tamil" Language option. But it is difficult for me to type.

    Here, you have mentioned Tamil Phonetic is available for windows 10 mobile.

    Is it available for windows 10 desktop?

    Typing in unicode _ Tamil

    I need to type in Tamil (language). I find only one typewriter style in the language section. This style is not proper Tamil Typing method. But, it is phonetic typing. Is there any way to install another Tamil keyboard?

    Hi Agriz,

    I have tried to enable the Tamil Phonetic Keyboard on my end and it seems that the Tamil Phonetic is only available on Windows 10 Mobile. With that being said, I highly recommend that you submit a feedback to the developer team for this to be implemented
    in the future updates for Windows 10. Click on this
    link     on how to Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app.
