Windows 10: Taptiles problem

When I try to open the Daily Challenges for Taptiles I get the error code 002000. This happened 2 months ago and I haven't been able to play since.I am referring to the previous version of Taptiles for Windows 10I uninstalled the game, but to my disappointment, I cannot find the Microsoft version of the Taptiles game in the Microsoft store.Can anyone help me?

Microsoft Solitaire and Taptiles

Dell computer from last XMas. No changes & no have not been able to play since I got it just keep saying either loading or downloading step 1 of 9 but never gets passed 1. Can't even do the update to Xbox it suggests & taptiles wont download cuz it states
it is waiting on update for Xbox!
