Windows 10: Tas Books Error "CDINTF450.DLL" after Windows did an automatic updgrade

Hi,


My laptop did an automatic Windows upgrade yesterday and my Tas Books software will no longer let me email invoices of statements. Sage Ireland say that the Windows update has corrupted some of my files


I'm getting the error "Component 'CDINTF450.DLL' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing or invalid


I have seen similar threads on this forum https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...rror-339/254629de-2f82-4392-8da4-3e7a36bd8cc0 where a solution was given but the linked download http://we.tl/NhNdpo7bam has expired

Have recently upgraded to WIndows 10 and I am using TAS Books. Since upgrade I am having problems producing/sending invoices in PDF mode using the email option. I am getting the error CDINTF450.dll Problem starting PDF driver Error 339. Sage have said this
is a Windows 10 problem ! Note : I can produce the invoices and auto email when invoices are produced HTML.

Any Ideas ?

I had the same problem. Sage support have just given me this solution, which worked perfectly.

Thank you for your email. the issue you are having is being caused by the PDF driver not being fully compatible with windows 10. In order to resolve, you will need to go to start > Control panel >
Devices and printers, right click on the TAS PDF printer and remove device.

Then you will need to do a repair install of TAS, you can download TAS from http://we.tl/NhNdpo7bam

save the file to your desktop, then double click on the file and run and choose install products and choose install TAS books and choose single computer and go next through the install choosing to modify.

then log back into TAS and test creating a PDF in TAS.
