Windows 10: Task bar gone, task manager non-existent, windows related settings gone administrator log...

PC reset with files and everything else removed and installing windows locally, after reaching 100%, it started to set up the pc and while re-install/download windows, it stopped and there's a pop up that I either click "ok" or close the pop up, both would take me to a "administrator sign in" honestly, I'm too uneducated with these stuffs and I have absolutely no idea what to do now. Each time I start my pc, I get the "administrator sign in" that does not require passwords and once I'm in, my screen is missing task bar, windows related settings, task manager basically doesn't exist either.

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

 

Search box gone from the task bar?

The search box on the left side of the taskbar is gone since I upgraded to Windows 11. Can I put that search box back on the task bar?

 

Task Bar Open Programs Blue Line Gone

Never mind. Rebooted and below problem solved. Please refer to the below picture. In the task bar the blue line under the Firefox icon, Windows Explorer icon and Outlook icon that showed the program was open is gone and I can't figure out how to get it back. It was there yesterday. I googled this and nothing came up telling me how to get it back so I am asking the experts.
