Windows 10: Task bar - how to put it back to a user friendly setting

My computer has decided to do an update without my agreeing It has changed my taskbar which is now terrible how can I revert back to the old style task bar? Why must Microsoft make these changes without the person who has purchased the product able to reject them? You need to discuss these things with the people who actually have to work with these products not the computer programmers whose work is only programming. I’m so fed up with this

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

task bar not responding

Sorry for replying to you late.

I would suggest you to Disable Tablet Mode.

Try the following steps:

• Click on Search icon on task bar, type Tablet Mode Settings and select it from the options
• Turn off the settings that says "Make Windows more touch friendly"
