Windows 10: Task Bar issues + ethernet

Microsoft, What have you done that is disrupting so much the Task bar?Even your own tools disappear as I have to repin every second week the Snapshot Scissors.That is besides losing the view of some Microsoft Edge internet icons that I have pinned on the taskbar. Edge is a Microsoft App. You would expect it to behave well.The latest event is that I have recently lost use of my ethernet connection, despite having checked and tested everything at multiple occasions.I have a brand new and very performant laptop and I am working in a very stable environment.It seems like I am not at all an isola

Cannot modify Task Bar settings

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

task bar not responding

Please answer the following:

• Have you made any recent changes or installed updates before the task bar stopped responding?
• Was the task bar working after you have created the user profile?
• Have you checked if the issue also exists with the other user profiles?
• What build and version of Windows 10 are you using?
