Windows 10: Task Bar issues on windows 11

Hi i have followed every youtube video and everything on forums to try fixing the problem nothing works. i cant open settings nor can i click anything on the task bar cant change output of audio i hope someone can fix this.

• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

  Right click on the task Bar and select Task Manager.

  Select Processes tab.

  Choose windows explorer and right click on it.

  Select end task

  Click on file menu and select run new task.

  Type explorer.exe
  
• 
  Click on ok.
  

Method 2

a) Press "Windows+R" key on the keyboard to open Run window.

b) In the Run window type "wsreset.exe" and then click ok it will clear all the cache in Windows store.

Windows 11 Top Task bar Problem

Hi everyone, I have had a problem with my task bar in Windows 11 ever since I moved it to the top. I have two problems. First is the Wi-Fi logo, and the application in the taskbar won't pop out when I hover my mouse.

• If I click on the Wi-Fi button from the task bar, it pops out in the wrong format, like the upper portion of the box is cropped.
  

• If I hover my mouse in the application that I opened in the taskbar, there is no preview of small boxes of window application.
  

I have loved the top window ever since I was using Windows 10 and I want to apply it again in my Windows 11. All of your suggestions or solutions are greatly appreciated, thank you :>
