Windows 10: Task bar not loading on startup, i have tried everything new install of windows inc, Please...

So when i boot windows, at the log in screen when i log in its delayed and then once on desktop the task bar isnt responsive, i have to click on it for it to load. Does this every time i boot my pc and its driving me insane. I have a samsung evo 970 m.2 and my bio's time is average 8-9 seconds. I have tried everything i can find and no clue what todo anymore, please help it never used to do this it would insta go to the desktop after typing in my password now its slow.

Windows 10 - cannot add exec to Startup in Task Manager

I purchased a new computer with Windows 10 already installed. I am trying to add an exec to the startup list but Win10 will not accept it. The exec runs successfully on my Windows 10 machine if I start it manually.

Steps I've taken: Task Manager, Startup Tab, File>Run New Task. (browse to location, select.) It will start immediately, but does not show up on the list to autostart, nor does it start on reboot.

Any suggestions?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

Have you tried using the built-in "Load on Windows Startup" option from GPU-Z? Right click on the title bar on GPU-Z and it will give you that and more options. You should set the task to at log on instead of at startup if you're doing it manually. Or you can put it in your startup folder (does 8/8.1 still have a startup folder?).
