Windows 10: Task bar not sliding open when browser is full screen.

I have Windows 10. I got this new computer. When I have my browser at full screen and move my mouse to where the task bar is, the task bar won't slide open. It does on my old computer with Windows 10. How do I get it to do that on this computer? I have to slightly minimize my browser so there is a little space and then my task bar will slide open.

2-step answer telephone slide up touch screen bar fails to respond

I own a Lumia 950 running Windows 10 Mobile. To answer a telephone call the software requires two steps: 1. "Slide up touch screen bar" 2. depress touch screen "Answer".

On some calls it is not possible to answer the phone despite multiple swipes with the finger to "slide up touch screen bar".

There is no pattern to this fault that I have found to date and it occurs perhaps 2% of the time.

The telephone answer process should change. For "step 1" I suggest, in lieu of sliding up the touch screen bar, to depress the on/off button (on the right side).

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

how do i stop the task bar from being on top of other windows. when i open browser full screen the task bar is still visible.
