Windows 10: task bar stay always on top

I Need the taskbar to always show even after F11full screen, tried many online suggestions nothing worksmany thanks.

1. What is the make and model of your computer?
2. What happen when you try to use task bar?
3. Do you want to unlock task bar?

I want to inform you it is by default locked because if you will do unlock it your task bar will not stay at one place.
If you want to unlock it I would suggest you to Follow the below steps to fix issue.

1. Right click on Task bar then check status of task bar.
2. Uncheck lock task bar option.

Cannot modify Task Bar settings

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

task bar will not stay set to bottom, reverts to top

when I set the task bar to any thing but top after a second or two it goes right back to top?
