Windows 10: Task bar

I am needing to know how to create a new folder on the taskbar in Windows 10 so that I can have multiple tasks in one folder?

• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

• Right click on the task bar and check if the option "Lock the taskbar" is unchecked.
• If it is check, I request you to unchecked it.
• Now drag the taskbar down.
