Windows 10: Task host manager and program manager preventing windows from shutting down

Facing shutdown problem:- whenever I'm shutting down my PC one dialogue appears closing one app and shutting down, and program manager and task host manager these two things prohibiting shutting down, need a proper troubleshooting.

Task Host Manager preventing shut down

So, I realize there have been other posts and "fixes" posted by other people and I have tried the solutions but have been having no success. I'm not sure what triggered the Task Host Manager to prevent shut downs, but only recently has it been happening,
I would say within the last week. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do at this point, I'm hoping it's not a virus or malware because I've been as careful as I can be with this computer to prevent stuff like this from happening.

Please if anyone knows what I can do, tell me.

Some programs take time to exit memory; especially if you had a lot of them open.

What I suggest you do is make sure all programs are probably exited, especially web browsers like Edge that you might have had open with lots of tabs.

"Program Manager This App is preventing shutdown"

Hi all, lately when trying to shut down a blue screen shows up displaying: "Program Manager: This App is preventing shutdown", and I'm given the option of "Shut down anyways" or "Cancel". If I choose shut down it will do it without issues, and if I click Cancel it will go back to the Desktop. I checked Task Manager and there's no "Program Manager" listed, also the CPU usage at idle is 0%, so everything looks normal. Additionally I checked Task Scheduler and Services, and nothing unusual. Thanks for any feedback,
